FAQ's
Is there FREE delivery on everything ? - No. Unfortunately margins on some items are so small delivery costs swallow any profit. Beware of shops inflating product prices who then offer free delivery. Spend £40-00 for FREE Delivery.
How long will I wait for my order ? - Despatched within 1 working day with a 48 hour courier service. If it's a specialist item or an out of stock item we will advise you straight away of any delays.
What dog food do you recommend ? - Read the product information and make your choice - Colourings and flavourings are not good for pets, just like for kids.
Do you do bulk discounts ? - Of course ! Drop me a line for 10 bag deals.
Are you linked to any pet shop ? - No, absolutely not. We're not dipping our toe in the online market like some- We've been selling online for almost 10 years - You cannot buy experience.
What is the best way to pay ? - Use our secure card payment gateway system or Google Checkout. We don't take cheques and our Couriers cannot accept Cash. Local customers can still pay our driver cash on delivery.
