Terms and Conditions

Please allow 72 hours for delivery - In most cases we deliver sooner using our trusted couriers. Once parcels are delivered and left safe on your property, they are your responsibility. No claims for damage or theft can be made.

Delivery is £5-99.  Order more than £40-00 of goods and all standard (excludes Saturdays) deliveries are FREE - For some harder to reach spots of the UK, postage fees are charged regardless of the spend.  Details can be viewed at the checkout stage and are quoted for each 30kg consignment.

Specialist items, tanks, kennels, pumps etc etc we send out twice a week but in these cases we'll be in touch with you - Always leave as much contact info for yourself when ordering.

If we know of any delays in getting goods to you we will be in touch via the contact details you leave when ordering your goods - Please ensure these are left correctly.

We try to keep it simple and we find this helps, you as well as us.

Our Courier will leave a card at your property twice, then hold goods 5 days before returning them to us.  If you haven't got in touch with City Link before goods are returned you'll have to pay another delivery charge to receive your order plus the return fee charged to us by the Courier
